A city that has a measurable population of more than 20million people. A city that has tremendous human capital comprising of people from different works of life and diverse tribes.&nbsp;<br><br>I see a city where each community and class of people, although diverse, is playing its part actively in the development of the its economic output.&nbsp;<br><br>I see a city that has a lot of potential buried within its youth population. This economic potential remains largely untapped waiting for the right policies to be unleashed.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>All we require is the will and tools to exploit these resources. </div>]]></description>
