-Ensure equality of treatment with all clients, regardless of the existence (or not) of disability
-Provide accommodating tools for all clients- large print, braille, notepads, pencils, etc.
-Evaluate environment to ensure all clients have access to
building

-If building a new office, involve a contractor so that ADA
requirements are met
