HAPPY TEACHER'S APPRECIATION WEEK!!!

Woo! It's your week, and you don't have to deal with crazy kids (I mean like PSYCHO kids! Wait... does that include me-?)! Thank you for making your class less like the apocalypse breaking lose (I'm sorry. I'm trying to make this entertaining to read 😅)! Each class has been super memorable, and I can't thank you enough for making it so interesting (even when kids were SCREAM- I mean- talking). I don't know how you and other teachers keep it together (I swear if I were the teacher of some of these kids, I'll-) through such a crazy year. Every single member of staff and administration deserves so much credit (I need to clarify that I mean the staff and administration THAT DIDN'T LEAVE HALFWAY THROUGH THE YEAR- I'm kidding! I swear!). Even though we can't spend this great week with each other (in class... together... in one room... I take it back what i said earlier-), what we spent together was amazing, and I wish it was longer (this year went by so fast... I can't remember what day it is anymore 😂 -> 😭). Again, thank you for the amazing year! I'll never forget any of my teachers (I mean, my memory is crazy good. It's near impossible for me to forget something... I still haven't decided if my memory is a blessing or a curse...)!

Anti-Drug Use Message

We all know drugs are extremely bad for you, but teens are more prone to use drugs than people realize. How is this possible you ask (You probably didn't ask...)? Teens use drugs for five reasons: To be accepted into a group, forget their problems, boredom, feel grown up, and show their independence. If you have to use drugs to be accepted into a group, you should just find another group because that group will only cause you problems, including drug addiction, instead of being your friend. If a teen is having overwhelming problems, drugs won't make the problems go away; they only just make you run away from problems. If teens are bored, they should never turn to drugs because drugs will only cause headaches later in life. There are other ways to feel grown up like getting a part-time job. If a teen wants to be independent, they shouldn't do things that makes them like other kids such as drugs and alcohol. You should never start drugs, whether you are a kid or adult.
