Hi everyone!!! COVID-19 is a serious problem that is happening in every countries. Therefore, our group made a video about it by using some clips of Disney movie “Frozen”. We rewrote the lines, lyrics and we dubbed for these clips to show what happened during the outbreak.

Background: plummeting stock price

Role: Reporter

China: the 2019-nCoV is a big challenge. Because of the 2019-nCoV, the major manufacturers are unable to start up.

Scenario: Office of a company

Role: company boss, Secretary

The Secretary (holding the report) said to the boss: because of the failure to open it, our company has lost 500000 yuan this month, and the board of directors has expressed strong dissatisfaction.

Boss (frown deeply): the rent of each store has no way to continue to reduce it?

Secretary (sigh helplessly): Yes, although the major shopping malls have reduced the rent according to the requirements of the state, it is still a drop in the bucket. The cost of warehouse maintenance, workers' wages and monthly depreciation are still huge expenses.

The boss (took a deep breath and finally made up his mind): what if you fire some of the current workers?

Secretary (flustered): boss, it's not in line with the convention.

The boss (clenched his right hand, as if he was holding back some great pain) told me the feasibility

Narrator: both the boss and the secretary were too focused on the decision whether to fire the workers, which led them not to find a left behind worker passing by the office heard their conversation.

Scene: on the bed of workers' dormitory 

Role: Worker

Narrator: after overhearing the boss's decision to fire some workers, he stayed up all night. Finally, he couldn't help sending this information to the wechat group before the workers.

I don't want to damage our company's tradition, but this time there is no way. What can I do?The company has to keep going because we have a lot of workers, but to keep going we have to get rid of some of the workers.I was probably the one who suffered the most because I had to choose.

Faced with the pressure of being fired, a worker chose to commit suicide by jumping from a building, which made the company have to face the public opinion. The public opinion made the company dare not fire its employees, which made the company unable to cut its own expenses and led to the break of the capital chain, and the whole company collapsed

Hello everyone, this creative project is about the current situation in Hong Kong. Last year, because of "Extradition Law" amendment bill by the Hong Kong government that makes many Hong Kong people feel dissatisfied and triggered a series of protests. Also, this year we experienced the threat of new coronavirus (COVID-19), the Hong Kong economy severely hit by this virus.
