Because of plastic the are a lot of animals in danger. Plastic waste is littering our oceans and threatening the lives of millions of marine animals. Seals, whales, dolphins, seabirds, fish, crabs and many other sea animals are dying and becoming sick because of this deadly environmental concern.
But, how did this happen ?
Plastics made from fossil fuels are just over a century old. Production and development of thousands of new plastic products accelerated after World War II, so transforming the modern age that life without plastics would be unrecognizable today. Plastics revolutionized medicine with life-saving devices, made space travel possible, lightened cars and jets saving fuel and pollution and saved lives with helmets, incubators, and equipment for clean drinking water
 

Also, a lot of types of sea turtles died because plastic because when a sea turtle see a plastic bag think that is a jellyfish. So, they eat the plastic bag and after some hours are dead. 
 
There are a lot of things we can do about saving animals. To begin with, we can stop using plastic bottles,bags,straws etc. Instead of plastic items we can use eco-friendly items like, glass bottles, paper bags and metal straws. The are a little bit more expensive, but it's better to spend more money to help with plastic pollution. And also,we have to stop throwing away trash  and plastic. 

 
If we do that 2 things we can save the word from plastic pollution. So, let's save the world !

The reason we use plastic so much in our daily lives is because firstly it is cheap and secondly it is durable and the levels of human production are high. However, the chemical structure of most plastics makes them resistant to many natural processes.But what can we do about it? •First we can reduce and eliminate the use of plastic straws. There are many different ways and alternatives to plastic straws. We can use metal straws which are washed and reused .•Another plastic material is the plastic membrane, we use the membrane only once and throw it away, without thinking that the plastic film is neither recycled nor decomposed, ending up in the oceans and killing thousands of fish and mammals. Instead of membranewe can use glass containers to store food in the fridge and glass lunchboxes to take food to school, work, the office and many other places. v What is deforestation?
Deforestation refers to the decrease in forest areas across the world that are lost for other uses such as agricultural croplands, urbanization, or mining activities. Greatly accelerated by human activities since 1960, deforestation has been negatively affecting natural ecosystems, biodiversity, and the climate. The UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization estimates the annual rate of deforestation to be around 1.3 million km2 per decade.
v The causes of deforestation 
·  Natural causes as hurricanes, fires, parasites and floods
·  Human activities as agricultural expansion, cattle breeding, timber extraction, mining, oil extraction, dam construction and infrastructure development.
· Political and socio-economic causes as population growth, military conflicts and climatic changes
· Substitution of forest areas with cultivations and breeding
·Firewood collection
· Road and infrastructure construction
 
v Why should we stop deforestation?
Trees have furnished us with two of life’s essentials, food and oxygen. As we evolved, they provided additional necessities such as shelter, medicine, and tools. Today, their value continues to increase and more benefits of trees are being discovered as their role expands to satisfy the needs created by our modern lifestyles. Some reasons why we need them is:

1. Trees improve air quality.

2. Trees improve water quality, and reduce flooding and erosion.

3. Trees temper climate.

4. Trees conserve energy.

5. Trees are good for the economy.

6. Trees create habitat for plants and animals.

7. Trees improve health.

9. Trees reduce noise pollution and can serve as screens.

However, we can use the information that is available to try to understand and prevent cases of abuse.•Who abuses animals?
•Cruelty and neglect cross all social and economic boundaries and media reports suggest that animal abuse is common in both rural and urban areas.
•Intentional cruelty to animals is strongly correlated with other crimes, including violence against people.
•Hoarding behavior often victimizes animals. Sufferers of a hoarding disorder may impose severe neglect on animals by housing far more than they are able to adequately take care of. Serious animal neglect (such as hoarding) is often an indicator of people in need of social or mental health services.
•Surveys suggest that those who intentionally abuse animals are predominantly men under 30, while those involved in animal hoarding are more likely to be women over 60.•Most common victims
•The animals whose abuse is most often reported are dogs, cats, horses and livestock. Undercover investigations have revealed that animal abuse abounds in the factory farm industry.
