1. Feedback is sufficiently detailed for individual learner and consistent enough without being too generic .
2. Guidelines for marking for SPAG is easily available. Marking for SPAG is also consistent across all provision types.
3. Good use of probing questions by the tutor when written feedback is given.
4. Several learners can provide examples of the British Values within the centre and their social lives, and as a result of this, these learners are aware of the issues surrounding Prevent and British Values that affect their local community. 

One learner was able to provide an excellent example of individual liberty with respect to their social life.

Additionally, an “Ask Good Questions Guide” is utilised in the learning environments which some learners use to pose probing and funnelling questions to the tutor, this results in them developing their knowledge on a topic further.

As a result, learners have shown a deeper understanding, and are able to develop English and maths skills and complete independent learning.
