I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the haircut I received at your salon.

On July 30th, I asked for a simple trim, just the ends. I even said, “Just a little bit, please!” But somehow… I left the salon looking like Megamind. Yes, completely bald. No ends, no hair, just head.

At first, I thought it was a joke. But no. It was real. My hair was gone. I looked in the mirror and didn’t know whether to cry or start planning my new career as a cartoon villain.

Even my mom gasped when she saw me. I just wanted a small change, not a whole new identity.

Please consider giving me a refund or a free haircut (when I grow new hair, of course). And maybe next time, remind your stylists that “just the ends” does not mean “all the way to the skull.”

I am extremely dissapointed by the recent I am extremely disappointed by the recent cancellation of the Mac DeMarco show. Last week, I bought two tickets for the event. However, today I saw a post on social media saying that the show has been cancelled.

I’ve been waiting for the refund, but I haven’t received it yet. That’s why I’m writing this letter to ask if the refund is being processed or not. I was informed that the refund will not be given because the cancellation is the artist’s fault, not the company’s.

However, I believe the company should take responsibility for any issues that may affect an event, and protect its customers, especially when we have trusted and chosen your platform to make our purchase.

I would like to request a full refund, because it is not my fault if the artist decides not to perform. For that reason, I believe the company must take responsibility for the situation and offer a fair solution.

On July 20th, 2023, my father gave me money to get a haircut at your place. That day, it rained heavily, and my friend came with me so we could go home together afterward. We both arrived at your house completely soaked. When we arrived, you greeted us kindly and had me sit down to start the haircut. I should mention that there was no mirror for me to see how it was turning out. To my surprise, you took two hours for a simple haircut, and to make things worse, when I finally looked in the mirror, I was extremely disappointed and felt like crying because of how bad it looked.

I kindly request a refund for the wasted time and because I was not satisfied with the haircut. I would also suggest that you take a course to properly learn how to cut hair—or stop cutting hair altogether—so no one else has to go through what I went through that day.

I look forward to a prompt response and a solution to this issue. I hope this situation doesn’t happen again, so I can feel at ease and restore my trust in barbers.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, and the payment was successfully processed.

However, when the delivery arrived, the box was completely empty.

There was no pizza inside, only the packaging, which appeared properly sealed.

This situation is completely unacceptable, as I paid the full amount for the item I requested.

I also attempted to contact your customer service line, but received no response.

As a regular customer, I kindly request a full refund or immediate redelivery of the order.

I would appreciate a formal apology and assurance that this issue will not happen again.

On July 20th, I ordered a laptop through your website and completed the payment successfully.

However, instead of receiving the laptop, I was shocked to find only a printed picture of it in the package.

This is not what I paid for, and I consider it false advertising and very poor service.

I expect to receive the actual laptop that I ordered or a full refund as soon as possible.
