I witnesses the teacher use several engagement strategies to keep the students involved including visuals, oral instructions, and a timer to help keep them on task.

I think it would be challenging to teach in a classroom that includes special learners, to help keep them engaged and learning the same curriculum as the other students.

I was a special needs para and enjoyed working with special needs students as it was an extremely enriching job.

I do not have any specific ideas to help these students, I would have to know them on an individual basis to know what their needs are as with every student.
