2º pas, aplicar la tècnica MES. Mirar,escoltar i sentir durant 10 segons si resprira.
3ºpas,començar les compressions a un ritme de 100 per minut. Farem 30 compresions més 2 insuflacions,( tot i que no estem obligats a fer les insuflacions). Les compresions en un adult les farem amb les dues mans al mig del tòrax i presionant 5cm, en un infant 1/3 del seu tòrax amb el palmell de la mà i si és un nadò 1/3 del seu tòrax amb dos dits.
