That will allow them to absorb what is possible and not get caught up in the how-to which is frankly the hardest part for my faculty. My second session will be getting them logged in and instructing them in creating a course, creating a rubric, creating a scale, etc. In a third session I'll show them how to create and share assignments and then how to grade them. Then I'll likely split them into small groups, perhaps by gradelevel to trouble shoot with individual teachers and hopefully answer their questions. At a staff meeting I had all the teachers enroll so that they could access the information. As they were delving in on their own, I went to each grade level to discuss how they could use it in their grade level and walked each grade level through what I was able to understand. I noticed that the upper grade classes were able to find more ways to used the rubrics.
