Monopolizer- the person who over takes the group and and doesn’t listen to others ideas or inputs

Harmonizer/Supporter- the person who tries to keep the “peace” and makes sure everyone is valued. The positive person who encourages everyone to be involved and provides emotional support when needed to other group members

The Innovator - The creative thinker who is always coming up with new ideas and approaches for the project. They can sometimes get carried away with brainstorming, which might lead to distractions or deviations from the main goal.
