In this lesson, I learnt how to make pancakes. First, we needed to mix the ingredients together to form the batter. Next, we needed to add the oil and fry them.My partner and I had trouble flipping the pancakes and some of them overcooked.Then, we needed to make the pancakes look nice and presentable. 
One area of improvement could be our communication with each other.We had difficulty deciding on who does what.I hope that in the next lesson, we will communicate better.

First we had to sift 3 spoons of flour. Then we had to add a pinch of salt. 

We then had to beat the egg. We made a hole in the bowl of flour and add half of the egg. Then add 100ml of milk. We were advised to add it in portions then stir.
 
We then stirred the mixture until there was no more lumps of flour.  

Then heat up the pan. Add a tsp of oil. Then we use a laddle and take a scoop of the mixture and fry it. 

After it has turn light golden , it is cooked. 
 
We then stacked it up on a plate. I added honey and youghart. I then added cranberries to decorate it .

A mistake that I made is that some of the pancakes were overcooked and that the shapes were not nice.

Overall, I am proud of my work and also think that it is because of teamwork between me and my partner.

I hope to improve on my blending and flipping skills. It was quite difficult as we had to make the batter and flip the pancakes. I had a little trouble mixing the batter because i took quite long getting the right texture for the batter. 2. I learnt how to make pancakes, with the steps following: Sifting the flour, beating eggs and adding them and adding milk. We were advised to add the ingredients gradually.
The next step was to stir the batter until it it was fine.
Next was to place the batter onto the pan and fry it. 
After the batter has turned golden brown on both sides, I took it out and placed it on the plate. Decorated it with extra ingredients such as cranberries and drizzled the pancakes with honey.
3. The difficulty I faced was my ability to flip the pancake during frying, causing the shape of the pancake to go awry. But in the end, I am proud of the work that my partner and I had done.

The hardest part of making the pancakes are when we were needed to flip the pancakes. I had some troubles with flipping it over at first because the pan was to small and I did not have enough space to scoop the pancakes up and flipped it over. However, with the help of my partner, I was able to do it correctly after a few attempts , although it was still quite tough for me. 

2. One area of improvement between my partner and me could be our communication with one another. We had our own point of views about how the shape of our pancakes should look like so we ended up wasting some time on that issue. In this lesson, I learnt to make pancakes. The first step is to sift three heaped spoons of flour and a pinch of salt. Next, make a well in the centre of the flour mixture and add half of the beaten egg. Pour abit of milk and mix well until smooth, gradually add the rest of the milk in portions. After that, heat a frying pan and grease lightly with oil. Pour batter into the frying pan  and once bubbles start forming on the pancakes flip it to the other side. Flipping the pancakes was one of the hardest part as the surface of the pan was a little small and if we do not flip it properly it will either drop out of the pan or it will accidentally touch our hands, burning it a little. But after a few attempts with my partner we manage to overcome the flipping of pancakes and started to get better at flipping it. Once the pancakes are cooked, remove it from the frying pan and place it on a plate. Add your desired toppings and the yummy pancakes are ready!
3. For this lesson me and my partner made a little improvement on our time management. We were still a little late on time as we were still plating and putting toppings to design our pancakes when Mdm Saffiah wanted to take a picture of our masterpiece, that still makes it one of our weaknesses but we are working on it. We plan to continue to have teamwork and work together. That is what we did during this lesson and we hope to make further improvement.
