It has a population of about 2 million and has 19 cities, we can call a crowded province. 

Kermanshah is one of the most ancient cities in Iran, there are  some inscriptions from the Sasanian empire and  Achaemenids in this province also Kermanshah has modern area and you can see many shopping malls and luxury buildings.

The weather in Kermanshah varies from part to part for example winters in east and north of  it, the weather is  cold and snowy and in west dry and hot ! 

Kermanshah is famous for historic site  like 
Tekye Biglar Beigi ,Taq-e Bostan , Tekye Mo'aven ol-molk and  Bistoon inscription .
Every year many tourists travel to Kermanshah to see them.
It's also famous for  local food  like Ribs and khelal stew .

It has a population of about 250,000 people.

Ilam is famous for its nature and its historic places; like Vali castle or abu-ghoveir desert.

The weather in winter is so cold because we are near mountains and in summer is hot because we are near flats too! 

The best thing that I really like about Ilam is its nature , because whenever you want , you can go to mountain or falls or caves .

It has a population of about 8.694 million people.
 
Tehran is a polluted and crowded city, Tehran has a lot of museums, palaces, departments, and shopping malls such as Kourosh mall, Iran mall and has a mosque and a few churches and lots of parks for picnicking.

If you like climbing a mountain, I suggest you visit Darband, Tochal or Drake you can find a lot of food or junk food thereafter or before climbing.

Tehran is a city job, every one around the country come to find a better job for living its one of the reason Tehran is a polluted and crowded city.

Tehran isn't a safe city even in the morning.
