I highly recommend a fantastic dessert that is also my favorite: red bean soup. It's very popular in Taiwan, and many Taiwanese people like it. The soup has a beautiful rich red color and tastes sweet and a little sticky.

The recipe is super easy, and I encourage you to give it a try.

First, prepare a pot and put some red beans and water in it. Let the red beans soak for about a day, but be sure to store them in the refrigerator to prevent them from spoiling.

After a day, transfer the pot in an electric cooker, add water between the pot and the electric cooker. Turn on the power. Now, all you need to do is wait.

I learned a lot this afternoon, especially about the differences between tasks, activities, and exercises, and about how to choose words and sentences, which means  "language of learning," when planning our lessons. If words or sentences can be applied to other units or subjects, that will be ideal. Those words will be the priority when choosing.  

Furthermore, all activities and exercises should align with learning goals, rather than being simply looking fancy or being fun.

In Taiwan, there's a song named Aunt Tiger. The song says that if kids don't go to bed on time, the Aunt Tiger will come and eat them up. Parents use this song to encourage kids to have a good bedtime routine.

Both the story and the song are popular in Taiwan. Besides that, I think this song is not a typical lullaby because it has a special style. To be precise, the lyrics are a bit threatening instead of warm. It's part of our culture in Taiwan.

層次一、找YouTube

層次二、設計節點，給予題目。用詞要一致。例如YouTube用wash,之後就要用wash，不可以變成clean.

層次三、由易到難，總共設計4個wordwall。圖不要太小。

第1個wordwall,一定是要for輸入，選項最多三選一。全中文。目的是建立概念。可以放英語發音音檔。可以放圖。

第2個wordwall，雙語的。讓學生看到雙語。

第3個wordwall，連連看或者二選一。例如run off這個字是定義，用兩個圖片讓學生選。

第4個wordwall，全英文。最好有音檔。例如加上排序。

層次四：學習單。設計兩種不同的難度的學習單，做差異化教學，也就是說同一個班級，發下兩種不同程度的學習單。比較簡單的學習單，例如使用字和圖的連連看。

把wordwall的QR code印在學習單上面，方便學生然後複習。

注意：一到三年級的句子，請用祈使句，第一個字就動詞，例如Scrub my fist.或者 Scrub your fist.都可以。使其短小精幹。

主要目的為 提醒老師停下來讓學生討論。

從去年 (2023) 七月踏進文藻校園的半年來，超級疲累，卻無敵充實。每週二因為公務，18:00才離校。趕緊洗澡、備餐、連上Webex，坐在電腦前待命。21:00下課後，抓緊記憶最深的時機，立刻作筆記，上傳到Padlet筆記牆，差不多22:00才離開書桌。

* 遇到對的人

上天感受到我求知若渴的心，把我安排在葉老師的B班。Sandy老師像引路人，高舉著火把，帶領我們學習雙語教育的理論，更在第二、三階段時，仔細雕琢我們的實務能力。

*Before & After

才短短的兩三個月，我感受到自己的快速成長。我想談談自己的Before & After.

1. 進文藻之前，我在上音樂課時，也會講英文，用我那時候自以為對雙語教育理解的方式進行，就是講一句英文，緊接著講一句翻譯的中文。上了學分班之後，才知道這是錯的! 現在，我的translanguaging運用得還不錯!

   
   

2. 進文藻之前，我對於<寫教案>這件事覺得好陌生，已有N年沒寫了吧? 有一種害怕去碰觸的感覺。去年十月時，教授入校諮詢輔導，我竟然寫出了一部超級詳案，整單元多達1.3萬個字。這要感謝學分班教授們給我的充足養分!

   
   

3. 具備該有的理論、概念之後，我時常回頭檢視自己的教學是否符應? 在寫教案、活動設計，以及教學實踐的時候，經常去核對看看，是否符合在學分班學到的雙語教育的精神。

   
   

4. 回首過去半年，覺得不可思議，竟然做了這麼多事! (同時也快忘了如何煮飯......) 觀摩教學的次數多達3次，包括台中教育大學雙語研究中心的師資生29名。這半年，也從Sandy老師身上，學到好多教學app, 其中WordWall是目前用得最廣的，每一班都有自己的一個WordWall, 等於是該班的學習歷程；之後如果換別的老師教音樂課，這些學過的英語字詞，都利於傳承下去，繼續堆疊到學生畢業。

   
   

5. 學海無涯，感謝學分班優質的同學們! 感謝優秀的Sandy老師的啟發與教導! 某次跟Sandy老師互動時，她贈與了金句，我謹記、珍藏著。在2023.12.12與中教大師資生分享時，也送給他們這句話:

Progress a bit every single day, eventually you will surprise yourself.

另外，Sandy老師在2024.1.2這堂課，說了這句警語: "不要做無效的雙語教學"。

我將帶著這兩句話，在理想的道路上繼續前行!

今天的上課時間幾乎是為三階的micro teaching做暖身。因為我目前執行教育部的部領計畫是在三年級實施，因此拿起三下的教科書來挑選主題。

顧及文藻的教室沒有鋼琴，而且Sandy老師要檢核我們會不會用教學遊戲軟體，因此完全不考慮那種<唱>、<吹>、<跳>的活動，最後選定了<認識鋼琴>，很適合用PPT和WordWall來上課。

我習慣直接寫詳案，所謂魔鬼藏在細節裡，每一個小環節是否串得合理、有邏輯，非得逐字逐句擬下才行。

文藻教室沒有鋼琴，但我又想讓學生觀察鋼琴的內部結構，光這點，我就想了很久，最後是自錄影片。右手彈琴，左手拿著手機錄影。

還有一個部分其實是我最擔心的，就是技術層面。實在不想做好的PPT，登場時影片沒有連結到，或者沒有聲音。再者，我希望演示的時候，是非常順暢的，不想時常要跳出PPT，另外去開影片，然後又進來PPT，這樣進進出出很不OK! 當然，也要考慮網路問題，這個簡報不能依賴網路，不然萬一網路出槌，那就GG了!

實驗了很多方案，必須符合

1. 操作不要進進出出。

2. 影片要有聲音。

3. 不能依賴網路。

   我也找了電腦執秘跟我一起試驗，最後的方案是:

   1. 不能用Canva (因為需要網路)

   2. 不能用Google 自家的Slides 做

   3. 決定用傳統的PPT做，影片不能用連結網址式的，要把影片事先剪好、然後插到PPT裡面。

詳案寫好後，才去做PPT和WordWall。這三者是連動的，如果詳案有改，其他兩個也需要去做檢查與修改。
