I really want to become a volleyball player when i was in elementary but because i have asthma, my grandparents won't let me train for try-out. I still pursue to be a player so I told them that I will take care for myself if anything happens so they let me. As expected, i was never chosen as a new player and it happened two times because i still lack the ability to play but when i heard that there is a summer sports clinic, i eagerly enrolled to it. Because of that training, I became a varsity player and was given the spiker position which is really a big achievement for me who failed two consecutive tryouts.

This photo was taken 5 years ago. We all know that everybody love success yet not everybody accepts failure. My greatest achievement in life so far is learning how to accept my failures. It is my motivation. It makes me stronger, wiser in choosing actions that I shall take and strive more to do better in my next steps in life. Growing up unveils me the reality that there were times that I failed being student, being good daughter, and being the best version of myself. It also made me feel that I’m in a shameful situation where everybody could easily judge me based on my failures. Not because you have failed many times means you should give up all the other things that you dream of. Failure is not permanent. I perceive it as my teacher that teaches me to get right back up, keep going, and fight the obstacles that I might further face. It is part of my own story. I accepted it, i learned from it. Accepting failures is my greatest achievement in my life.

Finishing senior high school was one of my few achievements. This is something that can't be stolen and need to be cherished. Ever since, I was a child my father always instilled to me how important education is;

My father can't always come to this special events since he's busy working and always see to it that he can provide for our education and such. He may not be present physically but the mere fact that I know he's proud that I didn't let him down and finished my shs. I know for a fact that him being hard working all finally paid off.

Right now, I'm on the process of stepping out of my comfort zone. I allow myself to make mistakes and learn from it. Along the way, I could grow and possibly be the best version of myself in the near future.

For me this was the BEST achievement in my life when I graduated high school / senior high. I don't know but I'm very proud of my dad because he made me finish school. He didn't even escort me but I'm just so happy because I can feel how proud and happy he is because he already has one child who graduated from High School. If I graduated high school, I knew I could finish college too and I wouldn’t disappoint them, because I knew in myself how hard it was to find money just so I could finish school.

I can't forget this moment. This is when I was suddenly picked by my adviser and joined in technokids multimedia animation competition since I have a basic knowledge about animation but I don't experience at all. I had a week to prepare but I still got nervous since I don't know what to do or what will happen during the competition. During the announcement I didn't expect to win but I did, I am a second runner up and aside from winning I was able to build a confidence in my skill but I know I still got a lot to learn.

I remember those days that I am a student that is competitive, I was joining every academic and extracurricular activities and it is my happiness to showcase my talent to everyone and it's my pleasure to represent my school in every activities in every school level competition. This was my achievement five years ago. We have been chosen to participate in this type of training. It is a Basic Sewing Skills Training at the Life Enrichment School for Children, Inc. Lotus Foundation School and Training Center is a collaboration between the DTI of Davao del Norte and the Community Welfare Service. This training enables me to interact with and learn from others. By consistently educating yourself and trying new things, you'll discover that you're capable of change and growth, which will keep you open to new opportunities in life.

As far as I can remember 5 years ago, I once have a band with my brother that was called 16-Thirtyone Band. We've got to participate in a big event somewhere in Davao City, where we battle against 50 bands/contestants that were held under a week for eliminations. At first, we were highly optimistic that we might somehow win. As the event progressed, we were about to lose hope that technically, it's nearly impossible for us to win; the fact that we didn't have that much practice. Regretfully, my band concurred and play along. On the last day, we've managed to perform with all our hearts as the event came to an end.

By awarding, we were just like going home as fast as possible because we'll just lose anyway. By the time we were about to depart, the name of our band was called. But it was somewhat inaudible. So we asked the participants what place we got (the participants that were walking towards us near the exit.) Somehow, we were told that we placed as Champions. By that moment, we were in full spirits. And with that, we've concluded that to believe in thyself, is pivotal. The picture above was taken before the event has started.

This photo reminds me of how shy a person I was. I can still remember the first time I entered the office of the accounting department. I was so scared and nervous since I am not good at starting conversations with people I have just met. I am glad that I surpassed the 10 days of on-the-job training. The experience of working with professionals is one of my greatest achievements. That work immersion introduced me to the realities of working, I was exposed to a real-life workplace setting.

I can say that one of my best and memorable achievement in my life is when I graduate as a Senior High student. Those years are the best part of my life as I’ve met new people, classmates, friends, teachers, and others that molds me as what I am right now. I am able to explore and experience new things, getting out in my comfort zone and meet those amazing friends that shares laughs, talks and problems together. Not the usual achievement but…

It was captured way back then, as far as I remembered, I am always afraid of being independent, I am always afraid of leaving my Junior and Senior High years because I will never be able to be with those people whom I used to be, I’m anxious about meeting new people, I fretted from a thought of “How I can make into the college?”. That's one of many worries that I carry

I misunderstood, I was hated, I received plaudits, I had a lot of trouble, I was a friend, I was an enemy. Now seeing this photo and reminiscing those situations from a couple of years ago, I just realized that all my worries before are slowly turning into a beautiful scenario, even if being in this year (3rd Year College) where there’s still no assurance or so, but the fact that I flourish and still being able to strive is already a progress (little achievement) for my self.

I proudly won on a cooking competition in 12th grade specifically in beverage category. I was glad and nervous at the same time, but that time as far as I can remember at the top of my core I memorized the ingredients and tricks on how to make the "kamote tops with lemon juice. " Furthermore there is one judge that advices me to put a huge amount sugar to make the juice better. I was surprised because my juice almost ran out. After that when my juice is almost empty I did actually put huge amount of sugar just to make it taste better since I am about to take the advice. Gladly, I heard the news in advance that I will win but this is just a theory of some people. Aside of being excited of the news or the rumor I suppose, I keep my cool in me until the announcement came that I did really won! I am so happy and proud to myself, everybody congratulate me.

This is me, 4-5 years ago where I'm mostly seen in pictures with friends and family rather than in class photos.

This was a time where I am slowly loosing interest in pursuing my education. So much that I would rather choose to consume knowledge of my choice than those given at school along with the tedious task attributed with it.

After some consultations with teachers and family, I came to terms with continuing my education. I consider it a great achievement being able to change myself when I can't even remember having change in my character from childhood till then.

My biggest achievement in my life was when I graduated from High school and Senior High School and that I overcame difficult situations even though I was not good at studying and always only played online games. Before I graduated from Senior High School I took CSS NCll and i am thankful that I passed the exam and my friends also. Sadly i don't have any save pictures of that time right now.

Hi, I am Catherine Nantes from BSIS 3B. First of all, I wanna say thank your for this question because this may sounds cliche , over reacting or whatever you maybe call, this gave me overthink and anxious at the same time. Up to now while I am writing this, I am still asking what is my achievement that I have achieved or improvements that I made with myself.

I do not have any pictures 5 years ago from my achievements because I am too shy to show it and any pessimistic thoughts flows in. Since I have a very low self esteem. Any achievements that I have, I will consider it as just - nothing and useless. I am never ever be grateful and contented because I can feel the dull pain more than anything. That kind of attitude was still raging on me, I don't want to live like this way. During pandemic was the terrifying - but splendid eye opener to me. I have been started to be grateful, contented and make some slow but remarkable changes which makes me better- one step at a time.

To this person who encourage me at my lowest - thank you. Thank you for everything. May you continue to inspire more people to become a successful in the field of tech - regardless of the field where they in. To my dearest mother who never fails to sustains and supports me, thank you. To my friend who supports me on anything. Thank you for the people who stay and reminded me when I forgot who I was , thanks for your patience, time and effort.

And now sharing this photo, this was my from last year before my birthday. I was so happy that I am now a member of UXPH and UXD, an organization for inspiring students, career shifter and professionals who wants to discover and study the world of UI/UX design. Thanks for the discord community for the spark that gives me fuel to continue on this journey. I am still a novice and will continue to learn - at my own pace.

But the biggest achievement that I had was... changing my perception in life, break bad habits and build the good ones. This was just the beginning. This is me 5 years ago when I think life is meaningless. In the past 5 years, I cried a lot, got hurt, and got betrayed wanting me to end my life. School, work, and personal life caused me too much stress making me lose my appetite and preventing me to do things. Most of the time when I don't have work, I just lay on my bed overthinking and stressing things out. Throughout these years, God never fails to protect me. He gave me my family and friends that helped me walk out of the dark side. This is me 5 years ago. This is the day for our final defense of practical research. We passed the defense, and that was the first time I felt so happy. Not because we passed, but because of our hard work, we succeeded, and my family was so happy for me, knowing that I'm taking my studies seriously. Because in my past, I was a lazy brat, making my parents worry about my grades, getting many absences, and getting dropped by my subject teachers, my mother was always called by the school guidance. But as days pass by, I think I realize that my mother is suffering for us just to make our future brighter, and that day I changed. I'm doing the right thing to make my parents happy, and the day has come. We got the award for research innovation in our school. That was an unforgettable moment in my life. I cannot say whether things will get better if we change. What I can say is that they must change if they are to get better. Thank you!

A Photo of me with my parents after receiving awards for the pageant in our barangay five years ago. It was one of the greatest achievements of my life because I never thought I would be able to do it. At first I was hesitant whether I would join or not because I didn’t have the confidence to face a lot of people but because of the support of my family and friends, I just joined. I was very happy, thankful and blessed that moment because I never thought I could do it. It is Perfect # 1, do you know why?Because it's my first time to participate in contests like the pageant and my number that time is number 1 and also I won 1st runner up as well as they honored me as best performer. So, I can say this is one of the greatest achievement of my life to face my fears and believe that i can and i will do whatever it is❤️

This photo taken during our Senior high school graduation day. It represents one of the most memorable days and greatest achievements of my life. I received my certificate of completion and certicate that I am with honor. I'm happy to see my mother putting my medal on me, and I can tell by her expression that she's happy and proud of me for accomplishing all of this.

At that year, I'm so blessed that I passed my two NC ll exams, Computer System Servicing NC ll and Animation NC ll. Even if it is difficult to pass that, I am grateful to our God for always guiding me and giving strength, knowledge and wisdom to achieve all of these. I'll bring back all the glory to our God.

This is me 5 years ago, moving up ceremony is one of my unforgetable moment and success. I have met so many friends that i tressure. Seeing my family smiling becuase i finish a certain level to move up, I am proud and happy to this achievement. They support me to my decisions, all I can say is I am very thankful for my family that keep supporting me and loving me.

This picture was taken five years ago. This is the moment that my family is delighted. My father is the one who escorts me to this moving-up ceremony; on this day, I can't forget that my father bought a guitar for me. Now I'm in college life that I wasn't expecting that I'm 3rd-year college, and I know that the struggles I faced in the past are a lesson that helped me to develop where I cant stand on my own that I know this day will come in God's will.
