I’m lost if I miss too many meetings, I miss meetings because I don’t have a 9th conference. I miss meetings because I don’t want to burden my co workers with extra students.

We are primarily a 1 to 1 school. So again this must just be an us issue. But our students use an accordion file to organize instead of the traditional binder. Some of our teachers have everything online some are a mix and some are all paper. Most of our teachers have students use some type of IN. We started using accordion files to organize their papers and it worked better than the traditional binder.
