Donna Cooner most likely picked this as a cover because in the cover Torrey isn't focused and doesn't know what to say. In the book she tries to make a video about how she is dealing with her sister's death. Torrey was speechless all she could think of doing was crying when the subject was brought up. Torrey didn't know if she could move on from this big event in her life, there will always be a hole in her heart.
