         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that by teaching the ten commandments of computer ethics in school and providing more insight is critical to reduce this unethical behavior. Also, by teaching the possible consequences to violating one of these could possibly be against the law. If more people were aware of this they would think twice about violating the commandment of computer ethics. </div>]]></description>
