To improve your attendance , make sure that you go to bed early at night. Plan your time and wake up at 7:45 and walk to college with your friend. Make sure that your attendance improves over the next three weeks. This will be checked before mid-term break in October to be able to enter your name for prize draw.

This is a really great example of a SMART PDBW target. It is made both manageable and measurable for the learner by containing clear parameters and steps to follow.
