GHTK Processing & Feedback: GHTK will then process the order. If there are missing details, incorrect formatting, or an unsupported delivery area, GHTK will notify you of the issue.

Print the invoice and delivery information

At the post office, use the Tablet for Order Entry to input the last 10 digits of your tracking code and search for your order.

If you have a physical delivery slip, use the barcode scanner to quickly input the order code.

On the Tablet, select "Select all" and then "Print shipping label." The system will automatically print the labels.

Attach the printed shipping labels to your packages. It's helpful to pre-sort your orders in the print order to make this process faster.

On the Tablet, select "Take photo" and upload the images to the system.

Ensure the photos clearly show the shipping labels. You can photograph 2-3 orders at a time to save time.

Carefully review all order details before pressing "Confirm Order."

If you find any errors, select "Edit Information" to make corrections.

Finally, hand over your packages to the GHTK staff for warehousing and to settle any shipping fees (if applicable).

GHTK offers three policies for handling returned or undelivered orders awaiting sender confirmation

Access Your GHTK Account: Log in to your GHTK account via the app or website.

Locate the Order: Search for the specific order you wish to cancel.

Select "Cancel Order": Choose the "Hủy đơn hàng" (Cancel Order) function.

Provide Reason & Confirm: Enter the reason for cancellation and confirm your request.

Delivery staff operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

This process is done to ensure customer rights are protected.

COD (Cash on Delivery) payments are collected upon delivery, if applicable.

Select "Edit Order": Choose the "Sửa đơn hàng" (Edit Order) function and make your required adjustments to the information.

Confirm & Save: Review the updated information for accuracy and then save the changes.

GHTK receives the complaint from the customer.

Customers are guided to provide all necessary information and documents for processing.

GHTK will provide a preliminary response within 8 working hours after receiving all required information.

GHTK informs the customer of the resolution.

If compensation is due, GHTK will contact the customer to agree on terms.

This agreement will be documented (written, email, phone, chat).

Compensation is paid either during reconciliation or as a separate payment.

GHTK compensates 100% of the declared goods value on the system, up to a maximum of 20,000,000 VND.

This applies if the shop provides valid invoices and documents that match the product information

GHTK compensates for the value of the damaged or diminished portion, up to a maximum of 20,000,000 VND.

This is applicable if GHTK's fault can be proven.

If the origin or value of the goods cannot be proven, GHTK's compensation is limited to a maximum of 4 times the shipping fee.

The compensation value is determined based on the product information in the order, valid invoices, relevant documents, or the public selling price on the shop's sales page (depending on the specific case).

Customers agree that compensation includes the service fee and any declared value fees.

Customers cannot make further claims or complaints if GHTK has already compensated according to regulations or if the damage exceeds the liability limit.

Intra-Provincial: 5,000 VND/order; 3-5 working days.

Inter-Provincial: 50% of outbound shipping fee; 7-12 working days.

BBS Orders: 100% of outbound shipping fee.

Allows customers to receive and pay for only a portion of an order, based on prior agreement with the shop.

Supports exchanging items (delivering one, returning another).

Facilitates collecting a partial fee even if the product isn't accepted.

Remaining items are returned at standard intra-provincial (5,000 VND) or inter-provincial (50% of outbound fee) rates.

Limitations: Not applicable for non-itemized multi-package orders; shippers may refuse if item quantities/types aren't clearly specified (location-dependent).

Default: Monday, Wednesday, Friday weekly.

Customizable: Options include 1, 2, or 3 times per week, or 1-2 times per month (e.g., 15th & 30th).

Can also be set to reconcile when a certain COD threshold is met.

Schedule can be adjusted via the GHTK app or website.

Minimum 50,000 VND per reconciliation session.

Balances below 50,000 VND accrue to the next session.

Quarterly payout: Any remaining balance below 50,000 VND is automatically transferred at the end of each quarter.

Email notification: Detailed reconciliation email sent on the morning of the scheduled day.

Bank transfer: Funds transferred to the shop's registered bank account within 24 hours of the email notification.

Transfer fee: A small fixed fee (e.g., 5,500 VND) usually applies per transaction.

Verify reconciliation: Regularly check the received information against your records.

Monitor on platform: Track COD status, fees, and transaction history directly on the GHTK app/website.
