These are something new which is a key take away for me personally. Additionally, I also found the ways to comfort someone with an anxiety really helpful because it teaches me how to handle someone in the correct way when they have panic attacks and anxiety.

2) For me I would personally say my friends although the conventional answer would be family. Don't get me wrong but I really love my family a lot but I feel in terms of sharing daily struggles and issues in life, I tell more to my friends and they often given me comforting advice. Others would be seeking professional help like counsellors or school lecturers or any trusted adults.

3) schizophrenia, binge-eating disorder, depression etc.

4)In the past, I don't really have much stressors maybe cause I was young and enjoying life. Currently, I feel that my stress-coping mechanism would be to take walks in the parks, especially at night cause very relaxing and therapeutic.

5) Never give them false hope by saying ; everything is going to be ok... instead just be physically present , provide support by asking : is there anything i can do to help etc.. which was something we learnt today.

6) No specific situation, in all situations, one's mental health is important and one should never neglect their mental health. Self love and self care is important, because we need to love ourselves before we can love others :)

It is normal to feel anxious about different things so that we are motivated and drived to improve on ourselves. I learn that helpful anxiety is a derived from reasons and factors that support our feelings and thoughts. Unhelpful anxiety is a result of irrational thinking that causes ourselves to be worried undesired result of failures. This helps me to understand more about my feelings when I am feeling stressed and anxious about school. As a result, I know that I am doing mentally healthy. If not, I know how i can look for help from people around me to address this unhelpful anxiety.

Q2: Family members like my mum (good listening ear) and friends (advisor)

Q3: Bipolar mental disorder, depression, anorexia?

Q4: My coping mechanism is eating mac donald and exercise

Q5: I usually give a listening ear to them and offer them emotional support to empathise with their feelings.
