         <description><![CDATA[<div>       We can’t deny that an unhealthy diet is one issue Kuwait is suffering from. This matter is significant, as if we don’t take this matter seriously, it will cause health problems. I wrote about this issue specifically because if we don’t raise awareness, people will think that it is not a problem and will accept to live with it without knowing why their health is decreasing. An unhealthy diet can generate from many factors. First, it can come from malnutrition. For example, our body requires nutritious food that provides nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and fibers and if it does not provide those nutrients, it will lead to malnutrition. Second, poor consumption habits can resonate with an unhealthy diet. For instance, over-eating or under-eating can trigger several diseases in the body as most of the diseases that we may have these days are from these poor eating habits. Some diseases you may suffer from it are obesity, eating disorder, allergies and-so-on. Also, social, and environmental can cause an unhealthy diet. To give an example, social media can influence people on eating anything even if it’s unhealthy as for the environment the place where you live in can affect horrendously on where you can get access of healthy food. To conclude, I believe that an unhealthy diet is a serious matter which we should be cautious of it.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;   A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. Without a healthy diet the world would be in huge problem mostly for people who don’t have a healthy diet. unhealthy diet is an issue for all people including Children and adults. The negative effects of having unhealthy diet. First, it causes many diseases. Such as, heart diseases, diabetes, and obesity. Secondly, consuming unhealthy food have bad effects on the body. For example, the body may appear through obvious changes such as weight gain. Moreover, this issue causes early death. To give an example, most early death comes from having unhealthy diet. Also, it causes many problems including mentally and physically. For instance, it affects mentally by causing mood swings, anxiety and depression and it affects physically by making them idle and not feeling energized. To sum up, Unhealthy diet has become a global problem which means that more than half of the population in the world is suffering from it, but we can fight and defend against this problem.<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Unhealthy food is simply food that contains among its components very high levels of sugars or salts, fats and cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol, don't shop when you are hungry, as this matter will make you buy and eat a piece or another of biscuits or chocolate, so fast food until you get rid of your hunger, and this means a loss in health, and money. When shopping, force yourself to buy whatever is healthy : although the theory is often difficult to. This is a hindrance, but if the temptation remains to buy such food, you can seek the help of a relative or friend to shop for you, within a list that you put yourself. Get rid of bad habits in food: some can't drink coffee except with a piece of cake next to it, and others perfect it after dinner and there are those who prefer fast food while working, so try to get rid of these habits that bring harm to you and work on to equate it with smoking and alcoholism and in effect and in the long run it is equally harmful.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A healthy diet is life-changing to everyone, but most people don’t follow it however we found the best solution that could help them have it like buying healthy food using force. We chose this solution as the best solution as it is easier for people to keep on doing it and it can motivate them to have a healthy diet. There are many ways to implement this solution to people. First, cut on unhealthy food. For example, we can advise people on choosing healthy food over unhealthy food. Second, we can use social media to influence people. For instance, influencers can advertise how healthy food changed their life physically and mentally over time. Also, encouragement plays a huge role in people. To illustrate, people feel encouraged when other people compliment them on  eating healthy food. Moreover, we can make a seminar about the risks of an unhealthy diet. To give an example, inviting people to the seminar can raise awareness to people to be aware of their health and eat healthy food. To sum up, healthy food is the most important thing for your health. So, try to limit your consumption of unhealthy food.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>      Emirati star Hussein Al Jassmi is a famous Arab celebrity who shocked his audience after losing a large part of his weight within a few months. Al-Jassmi succeeded in losing 60 kg of his weight in only 5 months without the surgical methods used in this field. Aljassmi was suffering from obesity and health problems related to excessive weight. His weight was at 184kg while he was famous singer. His doctor told him that he must reduce weight because it represents a threat to his life, as it is a big problem on the heart, legs, respiratory system, and health in general. After this advice, he decided to follow a strict diet, lifestyle and regime to lose weight.&nbsp; He says that his strong determination is the only cause of this success. During 5 months, he followed instructions of experts who helped him to lose weight. Aljassmi said that he is against surgical methods of losing weight and everyone can do it in healthy and safe methods. Aljassmi said that his life changed greatly and he is happy now lose weight. Later he became UN Goodwill Ambassador and start to promote healthy life style to inspire the young people. &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
