Also as a grave yard leader for St.Marks hospital grave yard and morning run management. I supervise others in proper collection for adequate supply of blood, transportation of blood products ordering organizing and prioritizing.   Patient care during blood draws and educating the patient on what actions we will be preform. I haved enjoyed phlebotomy and the many people I have encountered on my medical journey in coosing my career. I am so looking forward to being a nurse.
