Respond to meanness with kindness! If you fight fire with fire, what happens? The fire gets bigger! Being mean back when someone is mean to you is exactly what they're expecting! But if you fight fire with water, the fire goes out! If you fight meanness with kindness, the mean person will stop being mean because they do mean things to get a rise out of you. But if you're nice to them, they won't bother, and maybe they won't be mean anymore! :)

Materials: A notebook, any kind; Sharpies or paint pens; 10 tons of stickers; other mixed media (Glitter glue, paper, buttons, etc)
1. Set out your notebook and craft supplies on a table. (If working with glue, protect your table with a placemat or plastic sheet.)
2. Using your paint pen or Sharpie, write your name and "Kindness Journal" in whatever font you like on the cover of your journal.
3. Around the words, stick stickers, glue glitter glue, add buttons, and more!
4. Keep happy notes and kind quotes in your notebook!

Materials: Twelve sheets of paper, a very small heart-shaped leaf, a pen.
Step one: Make the sheets of paper into a calendar. Don't worry about days of the week. Although, you could if it helped you keep track of the day. Don't staple them together yet, though.
Step 2: On each piece of paper, make there a heart in each on the squares on your calendar.
Step 3: In each of the hearts, write an act of kindness.
How to use your calendar: On every day, do he act of kindness on the heart.

I'm polysexual and i support the lgbt+ community
I still haven't told my parents because i am scared about what they will think of me
They don't like nor hate the community! I know that they wont kick me out or hate me but im scared about how they will think of me. What if they dont allow me to hang out with the same gender as they dont want to be dating or hanging out with anyone i like.
Does anyone know how they can help me or give my support?

Scoliosis Awareness

Not really a social justice movement, but I would like to put in a word for my fellow VEPTR and MAGEC rod patients! (I currently have a MAGEC rod, but most of you who knew me in elementary know I had a VEPTR one and had to have surgery... a lot... Oof, that was fun) The Green Ribbon is Scoliosis Awareness, and June is Scoliosis Awareness Month!
I would like for people to know that I got off easy with my scoliosis. I know a lot of kids who have it worse, plus 2% of the U.S. population has scoliosis. So some support for them would be nice!

I like how you put the logo as kirby. did you know that in the lore kirby is the villain called void termina, but made with positive emotions instead of negative ones. the one who created both creates things based on if it feels pure and powerful negative emotions, or very powerful positive emotions, and void termina is made with negative, while kirby is made with positive (not confirmed, but slipped into the hints and pause menus by the creators of kirby). because of that kirby is the perfect thing to put as the title picture for the kindness padlet.

If you did something kind you also write! This is good because it might make you do more kind things! It may also make you feel better about your life knowing about how many good things have happened to you!

so im not coming out to my dad sadly, just couldn't find the right time, but im coming out to my mom!! its her b-day soon so im going to make a card saying "i wanted to tell you something for a while now" on the out side (ill get a blank card and make it myself) then on the inside it'll say "im bi" and ill make the word bi in the colors of the pride flag for bi and stuff, so hopefully this goes well!!

I have a problem, my parents are fighting, and you may be thing "isn't that normal" well it kinda is, however about 2 months ago my parents said they were going to break up (or just move apart from each other idk) and it has not been brought up since, however my parents are arguing and I am worried that one of these arguments are going to be, as the phrase goes "the straw that broke the camels back" and it is truly going to happen.
