I chose them because the page where I found the letters seemed reliable, and since there where a lot of letters that I could read I thought that the page could be really useful. Also, the page gives me an insight of how the soldiers and other people lived their lives in the situation they were in, what they thought and they worries and opinions about the situation.

- What can you infer from the sources?

You can infer that most people weren’t happy about the situation, you can infer that they were scared of what could happen if they weren't lucky enough and how hard life was during that time.

I kind of feel sorry for them, they were inocent people who didn't want to fight, but thanks to the greed and anger from the people who ruled above them, they had to pay the consequences.

The first thing I did before choosing the letter was to check the source it came from, and when I found out it was .gov I only look for it to be interesting because it was already trustworthy. The letter talks about how the soldiers moved around railheads to keep themselves safe.

What can you infer from the sources ?
Maybe that the soldiers were moved around places very often and that not all of them had the authority to decide the destination.

How do they make you feel, what do you think about it?
These letter and photo make me feel more interested about the history of the WWI and even a little sad about the people that had to sacrifice themselves for their country.
