It is exibitated in the section "Murs".

The character in the middle of the painting/collage is the boxer Mohamed Ali, who was a source of inspiration for Basquiat. He's holding the olympic flame , but we can also imagine that it represent the Statue of Liberty.
At the top left, we can notice some numbers, which refers to the salary of an average person by state, it denounce the inequalities between a "white state" and a "black state"
