         <title>1 - EVA - YOGURT CAKE 🍰</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today i will present my recipe for yogurt cake <br>     45 mins - 6 persons <br><br>Ingredients: <br>- 3 eggs <br>- 1 yogurt natural <br>- 1 sachet of baking powder<br>- 2 jars of yogurt empty of flour<br>- 1,5 jar of  yogurt with sugar <br>- 1 sachet of vanillia sugar <br>- 1/2 jar of yogurt empty of oil<br>- 2 tablespoons liquid orange blossom (not mandatory)<br><br>Recipe:<br><br>1. Put in this order 1 jar of plain yogurt , 2 jars of yogurt empty of flour, 1,5 jar of yogurt empty of sugar, and vanillia sugar and malanger.<br><br>2. Add 3 eggs then mix. <br><br>3. Put 1/2 jar of yogurt empty of oil and add the yeast. <br><br>4. Mix, the dough should be smooth the add 2 tablespoons of orange blossom (not mandatory).<br><br>5. Butter the mold pour the dough. <br><br>6. Put the oven at 30 mins at 180c thermostat 6 while monitoring regulary. <br><br>7.          <title>2 - ANISSA - Chocolate cake </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Ingredients:<br>80g flour <br>125g sugar <br>1 packet of dry yeast <br>1 bar of baking chocolate <br>4 eggs<br>125g butter. <br><br>Step 1: <br>Mix the flour, sugar ans yeast then add the eggs beaten in preparation. <br><br>Step 2: <br>Mix it all up, and add the butter and chocolate previously melted in the microwave or in the pan without water. <br><br>Step 3:<br>Beat everything well until you get a mixture perfectly homogeneous. <br><br>Step 4: <br>Put the dough in 180 degrees during 30 minutes in a cake pan. <br><br>Step 5: <br>Put a  knife in your chocolate cake to check if it is well cooked. <br>The ideal is that the knife does not come put completely dry, proof that the cake is staying tender and fluffy. <br><br>Anissa Dahmani-Sioud. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The ingredients:<br><br>Evaporated milk 300 millilitres<br>Water 400 millilitres<br>Consented milk 100 millilitres<br>Purple Jam 1/2 cup<br>Sweet palm seeds 1 table spoon<br>Coconuts sport 2 table spoons<br>Jackfruit 2 pieces<br>Toasted Glutinous Rice (pinipig) 2 table spoons<br>Purple Yam ice cream 1 scoop. <br><br>Step 1:<br>In a bowl, add the evaporated milk, water and consented milk then mix. Put the bowl in the fridge until it become ice cream. <br><br>Step 2:<br>Take a tall glass, add the purple yam jam,the sweet palm seeds, coconuts sports, jackfruit and consented milk (1 to 2 table spoons). <br><br>Step 3:<br>Take the bowl that you put in the fridge and shave the milk ice cream and put it in the tall glass.<br><br>Step 4:<br>Add the toasted glutiRice and the purple yam ice cream. <br><br>And then you have it, the HALO-HALO. <br>"halo" in tagalog mean "mélange" or "mix". <br><br>By Philippe salas</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Utensils<br></strong>Bowl<br>Electric mixer<br> wooden spoon <br>mold<br><br><strong>Ingredients</strong></div><div>185 gr of butter</div><div>225 gr of dark chocolate 70%</div><div>4 eggs</div><div>110 gr of sugar</div><div>75 gr of flour</div><div>50 gr of walnut kernels<br><br><br>Melt the chocolate with the butter (double boiler or microwave for 2 minutes).<br><br>In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until they turn white for about 7-8 min.<br><br>Pour the melted chocolate 3 times over the blanched eggs, continuing to whisk on medium speed and taking care not to drop the mixture. <br><br>Then add the flour and the coarsely crushed nuts, then gently fold in.<br><br>Pour the brownie dough into a 21 cm square pan, previously buttered and floured, then bake at 160 ° C for about 25-30 min. <br><br>Let cool then enjoy!<br><br></div>]]></description>
