However, we managed to solve the problem as a team and created a special bond with the kids :)

I think the Icebreaker activity could have been better. For the first game, almost no one listened to us since it was really noisy and the kids were minding their own business. Some of us were also very clueless on hoe to solve this issue, therefore standing still and didn't interact with the kids. I could have done better if I was more careful with my actions and friendlier towards the children of campus impact. I could have also done better with helping everyone to manage their time with the arts and craft activities so that there would be enough time to complete the Kahoot activities. I feel disappointed in myself for not being able to engage the children of campus impact well enough and having to resort to shouting. I should have calmed down and think through the situation instead of being so panicky with my actions . I should have also tried to learn the names of the children in campus impact instead of saying ' hi' all the time and tapping on their shoulder repeatedly.However I'm glad that the other SLC's were able to interact the children and allow the children to have a fun time with their activities. But at the start before we went in, a lot of things were still unconfirmed and it was very messy. During the briefings we were also not able to get the attention of all the children and many people were talking over one another. The icebreakers and blow wind blow activity were also a but messy but the blow wind blow activity became more organised at the end. The arts and crafts activity went well and all of the kids were participating. Most of the kids were able to finish with the extra time given. The kids were also interacting a lot with the slcs and I got to hear many interesting stories and interactions. During this time the kids were also generally well managed and participative. Overall I think some parts could have been improved or changed to simplify it so it could run smoother, but some parts were well organised. I also noticed that quite a number of the SLCs weren't really proactive in engaging the kids there during this activity. 
I felt that we could have done a better job in gaining their attention instead of just repeating and repeating the rules again and also really try to hype them up since our other main purpose is to make sure they have fun :)
I feel that the arts and crafts was better than I expected even though many of them many seem hesitant to do "this kind of stuff" but the SLCs really put in effort to make sure that everyone had a final piece to put out despite the tight timeline.
