I, a simple slice of pizza, has heard stories of my fate, and in deep and thorough detail. And I am going to share it with you so you can spread the word.

A few things
I contain many things within my body that the human needs, such as carbohydrates, fats and protein. These things come from my crust (carbohydrates), fat (cheese), and meat (protein).

Now I am going to go into more detail about how each part of the human effects me. First off is the mouth, this is the entry point to all the pain, this is where they put me to be broken and chewed. There are things in there like teeth, and saliva that break me into small pieces and prepare me for the next phase.

The four stages

There are four parts to my demise, they are ingestion, digestion, absorption and egestion. The first phase, ingestion, in this stage I begin the pain by being put into the human. During digestion I am broken down in two parts, physically and mechanically. When I am physically broken down I am being torn apart by teeth or squeezed by the stomach. When I am mechanically broken down, I am taken to a molecular level of destruction and pain. Now this is were the proteins and stuff come in, in this stage of absorption, the human body sucks away all the things that it needs from me like my protein, carbohydrates, and fats. In the last and final stage, egestion; all my remains are discharged out of their behinds.

The stomach is where the worst happens, it starts by releasing acids and enzymes that digest me even further. The stomach also squeezes it muscles to break me down again. Finally a muscle called the pyloric sphincter opens up and and moves me to the small intestine.
