Set the scene -
e.g for this video I asked my learner to name 3 goods things about living in Wellington and 3 not so good things.

:Use short videos (under 5 mins) stop- start - discuss

-Play the video and ask a general question
- Then give you learner a few questions for specific detail - go over the questions before you re-play so your learner knows what to listen out for

-Think of some questions related to the topic so you can discuss as a follow-up activity e.g. personal experience, opinions, likes and dislikes

-You can play a video (without sound /focus on "What's happening..?"
