“Teaching is a very noble profession that shapes the character, caliber, and future of an individual. If the people remember me as a good teacher that will be the biggest honour for me”
- P. J. Abdul Kalam

The three concepts that made a huge impact in my Teaching Profession learning are the following:

1. Four pillars of education
This topic is very significant for everyone to be informed about its concept. It basically explains the main objectives in the field of education where teachers and learners must incorporate in their teaching-learning process to be able to practice their learnings outside the four walls of the classroom. The four pillars of education focuses on leading the people to broader knowledge, develop their skills and personalities, and foster their interdependence towards one another to be able to live harmoniously in the society. I have understood in our discussion in the class that this topic is very important to comprehend and practice especially now that the students are very open to giving out their opinions regardless of the person/s they are talking to, the timing, and the platform they choose. Through this topic, people will be more careful and know the basics and knowledge on the foundations they need to absorb for their character building.
</sub>
2. Other laws relevant to the Teaching Profession
This topic may have not made a huge impact during its discussion in the class but for me, there were a lot of learnings in the whole session. One of the laws in this topic is the Philippine Teacher Professionalization Act. This law is very useful as it discusses the requirements and rules to observe when a person wants to take the licensure examination for teachers. It details event the topics to be covered in he examination. A person who is interested to register for application should read more on this law to be able to prepare the needed requirements and follow the rules that are provided.

3. Code of ethics for professional teachers

This topic is very timely as some teachers are using social media platforms in a different way that may eventually lead them to misuse them for the sake of giving out contents. The code of ethics helps the teachers build and maintain a strong foundation on their teachings, knowledge, and integrity. By carefully observing the code of ethics, teachers will not be easily misled and continue to broaden their knowledge and share their learnings to their students without crossing some boundaries that can endanger the understanding of the students.

Here is my Acronym Poem:
T- teaching takes time, love, and

E-Effort where

A-All the opportunities that

C-Can

H-Help the students learn new things and

I-Improve their skills must be

N-nurtured, used, and focused thoroughly.

G-Given that the teachers are the second

P-Parents of the children,

R-Reassuring they are in a safe space is

O-One important factor for their success in the

F-Future.

E-Encouraging

S-Students to venture out and

S-Savor new discoveries will surely

I-Inspire them to be

O-Open to all the opportunities in the

N-Next coming years that await them.

Message for our dear professor:
I would like to express my gratitude to our professor, Dr. Erwin Corales, for sharing a lot of ideas, experiences, and learnings in our class. He may show a strong personality in our class but I know it is only for our own betterment to make us understand more that not everything can be taken easily without getting through a lot of comprehension and love for learning. I appreciate it that he favors it more when we ask questions in the class so that our critical thinking will be developed more and he is good with that game, answering all of our questions even when it gets very tricky. With his shared knowledge and guidance, I know that I will become a successful teacher soon in the future that will put students' learning on top of everything. May Sir Corales continue to do what he does best in this lifetime (aside from Karaoke) - teaching. Thank you and continue to bring bright smiles to your students, Sir Erwin!

Achieve permanent authority,
Fulfill students' aim for academic victory
- Jesthine Kate A.
