Amendment 8- Freedom from excessive bail, cruel and unusual punishments.
Amendment 9- Other rights of the people.

--An interpritation of this Amendment is that you connot be tried twice for a charge in the court system in the same court system , you cannot be deprived of due process & you can't be not read your rights when arreste / warrents / etc. (its a rocess that an accused perosn has to be taken through when dediding their inoccence).
