I have three years of tutoring experience and have tutored more than 10 students. My ability to withstand pressure and ability to work independently will bring value to Brilliant Mind Education Centre. I will share the teaching experiences I had throughout these three years. 

First of all, I would like to share with you that I am in a family with a little brother and nine cousins, all aged under 10 years old, so I have the ability to manage a group of children and understand how to control chaotic situations. 

As I have mentioned, I am a tutor with more than 10 students, coming from primary school and secondary school. Lessons are usually between 2 to 3 hours and I manage to create a relaxing learning environment through different learning methods, such as electronic gadgets, notecards, and many interactions. One of my students unluckily has ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), I believe many tutors will reject teaching this poor kid as it is definitely a tough job to teach him well. However, I am still willing to take the job as I fully understand how desperate for these children since I have a cousin with ADHD as well, I understand what they need in their age, support and encouragement. I have been teaching him for almost a year, and now he is willing to sit calmly and listen to what I am saying. 

Throughout my teaching experience, I have discovered the happiness and sense of success when I successfully make them understand what I taught. I have developed strong teaching experience and the ability to withstand pressure. I  wish to become a teacher in a school one day, and working in Brilliant Mind Education Centre can give me a taste of teaching a group of students, and help me further develop my teaching ability.

Last summer, my manager at HSBC informed me that I have a meeting with the clients and I have to find out the business need of the client. During the meeting, I built a friendly relationship with the client and we start with our daily life chit chat. After building a relationship, the client willing to share her information and I can provide what she needed. she was satisfied with the meeting. 

I will like to leverage my communication skills to add value to your company. I believe that I can find the business need of the customer and provide a professional service to them.

Today, I am speaking with you, Ms. Hon, because I really want to leverage both my skills and attitude honed from my experiences to add value to your firm advising its clients on their M&A transactions. 

During my work experience at Amavi Goa, I helped create a Christmas Countdown social media campaign. I worked in a team to develop and implement content that helped the company in terms of traffic, engagement and sales, and led to an overall increase in brand awareness during the important Christmas season. I researched and analyzed historical data in order to  develop a content calendar for the periodic release of posts at peak engagement times  in order to maximize on the return of investment for the campaign. Overall, the campaign was a hit, and the company reported a significant increase in social media engagement and sales compared to the previous financial year. 

After that experience, I knew that I wanted to continue my passion and enthusiasm for social media and content creation by finding the perfect internship to help me further my experience in the field and continue to learn and improve on how to make dynamic, creative and effective social media content to help drive a company's goals and brand awareness to the next level. 

Both internships developed my marketing, management and networking skills as I was put on the spot to immediately interact with customers and cater to their needs. Such internships require immense communication skills, the ability to cater to different cultures and backgrounds and specific skills to make the product and service desirable to the potential customer to in effect make the sale possible. 

My next step was to take a course in event management, which allowed me to further my skills in understanding and identifying how to fulfill clients needs. 

I am a hardworking and outgoing individual that is ready for any challenge thrown my way. I am prepared to answer any questions you may have about my skills and experience. 

 

I managed to accomplish investment researches on two companies during the internship. I was first asked to make a historical model and got familiar with Excel shortcuts. The most difficult part is forecasting as I have to make reasonable assumptions on almost all the items in the statements, including their expenses, revenues, assets and liabilities etc. Therefore, I have to read the 10-K report from SEC and understand the drivers behind each items. For example, I remembered that one company is Chipotle Mexican Grill, and its labor cost assumptions have to be based on its new restaurants every years. And I have to find out the openings and closings data every year and also considering the macro-environment, say any policy that benefit the fast-food industry. Eventually, from three-statement model to DCF model, you will come up a target price of that company. And If my employer agree with my forecast, say matching with his own research. And case closed! It almost took me more than a week to conduct my first research, especially I have to read the 10-k report which has 70 pages and make three scenarios for projection.

In light of this, stock pitching is one of my strength since conducting investment research benefits me in a lot of aspects, ranging from industrial knowledge, company position and risk, financial status and ratios etc.

I worked for Fila Marketing as a Part Time Shop Assistant. I delivered first class customer service dealing with all aspects of service-related customer queries, based at the MongKok branch. I have worked effectively as a valuable team member, contributing significantly towards targets to consistently meet team objectives.

I have participated in internship programs in Hutchison, by gathering data and incorporating datasets into graphs and other well-organized information, it strongly trained my analytical skills which I think it match with the candidates that you are looking for.

 

During the internship programs in Hutchison, I have finished a report about 5G network using. By analyzing the given data, I am able to deliver some key insights which the manager found it is impressive. 

 

I hope that I could be a business analyst in the future and so I would like to gain more experience about conduct data researches and analyses in order to become a more valuable asset.
