    I would use the 1 dollar to trade for something that costs 2 dollars (say, a pen) and sell it for 1.5 dollars (because it is used). I would use that money to buy a 50 cent breakfast from a fast food/street food shop leaving me with 1 dollar. I would use that 50 cents to buy a metro ticket to the city, where I would work as a trash collector earning from 2 to 10 dollars a day, (let’s say for now I earn 2 dollars) after skipping lunch and I buy a 75 cent dinner and 25 cent bottle of water leaving me with 1.5 dollars. 

    The next day I trade for something that costs 2.5 dollars and sell it for 2 dollars, and I repeat the same process but I am able to buy lunch because of the extra 50 cents. I repeat the process over and over again, instead of earning 2 dollars a day as a trash collector I start to earn 2.5 to 3 dollars from gaining experience and being better at my job.
