That person might be in high school but most likely not, you’ll probably meet them in the future. It’s talking about how you always look for that one specific person no matter where you are or where you go. I almost feel incomplete without them because their personality reflects on me. This line is so comforting because it's an emotion we hve all experienced-- that sense of relief when we are looking for someone we love and finally find them.
