I chose a black plate as it would give a more refined look to the dish and make it seem elegant and interesting enough to eat .

2) Garnishes and arrangement of food 

I chose to arrange the food this way so it looks quite elegant and gives a refined look to a simple dish . As the dish did not use a lot of vegetables , I decided to use cherry tomatoes and give it a dash of colour as well . I choose the oval plate because it looks more presentable in a way that it is neat 
and is just nice for the amount of fried rice.

2)Garnishes and arrangement of food

I used a tomato for the garnish because i wanted this dish to look simple. 1) The pictures angles.

I chose to take a close-up shot of my fried rice, so that viewers are able to see the ingredients used in the dish.

2) The shape of the rice.

I decided to make the fried rice into a hems sphere, because the food will not look too little or too much for the viewer to consume.

1) Choice of Plate
I chose the blue plate as I wanted something simple so people would focus on the fried rice instead of the plate. The size of the plate is just right for the amount of rice on the plate. 

The egg is mixed with the rice. 

2) Garnish
For the garnish, I used tomatoes and parsley. This is to add more color to the fried rice and have a contrast between the color of the rice, the red of the tomato and the green color.
