Recognition from upper management. We have been asked to do so much, especially with the data clean up but haven't seen or heard from anyone higher than Macenzie.

We have been left in the dark about what is to come and any kind of idea of what is next or what our role will look like would be helpful.

I don't have an answer for that question right now, too many moving pieces at this time to know what is needed with new pre-training/during training teams etc.

Just trying to feel more confident in what everything looks like.

I wish we had a concrete, unchanging plan for implementing new processes. We haven't really discuss what our day to day will look like. I also wish we had a mock scholar that we used for training purposes & lastly a team retreat because this has been a lot
