This semester I’m having two new subjects, reading comprehension and pedagogical foundations but my favorite is reading comprehension because it allows me to understand the texts in the English language and to understand what they’re about and I also have new classmates in the subject of English and so far I get along well with Andy, he’s one of the new classmates.

For me last semester the English classes were more boring but now with my new teacher the classes are more dynamic and entertaining. And at the same time I feel interested and enjoy the new subject because it helps me to interpret the reading in English. And we also have Tuesdays free when We use to have free Fridays.

I am studying at a university called UTMACH. This semester is a bit more dynamic, I have new classes which are very interesting but I want to tell you a bit more about my new classmates. Their names are: Andy, Susana and María José, although I can tell you that I have only had the opportunity to meet one of them, Andy, because he is in my group of Cátedra, a subject with a new teacher who is very cool, and with him and my group mates we had to make a video, there we were able to get to know each other better. 

Fortunately, everything is going well, I like this new semester with new classmates and new subjects because it makes everything more dynamic and there is even more to learn compared to the previous semester. At the moment I'm only having two classes with my new classmates, I suppose that when the classes are face-to-face, we will all get to know each other better.

I’m so happy to hear from you. Hope you are having a good time in Cambridge. I read your question and my answer is Yes, I’m having fun at UTMACH. I love the university because we can interact with my classmates and teachers.

This semester I'm having a new interesting class. The new class is ENGLISH B1.1. The teacher is very patience with us. Also, he is a good teacher because he loves to teach new techniques for understanding English. His name is Kleber Sarmiento. He lives in Machala city. I'm so interested in this class because we always practise the grammar and new vocabulary. Also, we work in groups with my classmates. It’s so funny.

Definitely, The class is good. The class starts at 9:30 am and the class finishes at 11:30 am. We have classes only twice days a week. From Thursday to Friday. Also, we're getting more homework this semester but you can learn more about English. I love it.

I hope you are feeling great too, answering your question, this semester I have a new English subject called Reading Comprehension.

It is a very dynamic and interactive subject, also it interests me because it helps me to improve my reading skills and comprehension of scientific articles that are useful for our final project, the teacher who teaches this subject is Eddy Zaldua, who we already know because he taught us in the past semesters.

Being a new subject that is added to the ones I had the last semesters, although this semester is also online, I don't have much free time to do the activities I used to do before like watching TV and playing video games in the evenings, on weekends I do a lot of homework and I hardly go out with my family and friends. But I know it will be very helpful to improve my English level and know how to do reading comprehension for our homework and more work.

Hope you are doing well in Cambridge. I always hope to hear from you. I need to hear about you. And to answer your question is that I enjoy my studies at the UTMACH, I have two new classes, but I don't enjoy one.

 

This semester is too hard. It is more difficult than the last one because in this semester I am having more tasks than the last one. I'm having two new classes called reading and comprehension and fundamentals of linguistics, but the class that I like the most is reading and comprehension. The teacher is cool. His name’s Eddy Zaldua. He has a master's degree at the national university of Loja. I’m interested in his class because they’re always fun and interesting because he gave good examples and concepts. All students participate in their class; we have our classes via zoom.

 

Sometimes, I could not send my tasks but the teacher is nice and lovely so he has given me more time to upload at platform.
