         <description><![CDATA[<div>No Child Left Behind or NCLB is a standard driven way of looking at curriculum in general education.  This allows for a standard that all students can meet.  Even those students who have learning disabilities or other special education qualifications.  This belief is that students with special education needs can still achieve the standards set before everyone they just may need a bit more help.  For RTI, NCLB fits as a strategy for meeting the goals of NCLB.  <br><br><figure class="attachment attachment-preview"><img src="http://tysonel.eastorange.schoolfusion.us/modules/groups/homepagefiles/cms/1374222/Image/NCLB.jpg" width="488" height="485"><figcaption class="caption"></figcaption></figure></div>]]></description>
