The "buccellati" are made with : 1 kg of shelled almonds , 360 g of sugaro , 400ml of water , 100 g of dark chocolate and 100 g of zuccata.
The "panuzzi" are made with : 1 kg of flour, 100 g of lard , a tablespoon of sugar and a sachet of baking powder for bread .
The "pasta" made with the sardines made with : 500 g of sardines , 180 g of wild fennel , 800 of golden onions , 30 g raisins , 25 g of pine nuts , 30 g of almond grains, 5 g anchovies in salt , 70 g of water , a sachet of saffron powder salt and a black pepper.
