20/3/2021 : My first day working at Borneo Blue Ocean (BBO), I reported directly to Mr. Mohammad Abdul Hala. Then the Industry Coordinator gave a little Briefing about the agency and their work as well as the work we should do. Overall, our first activity at Borneo Blue Ocean (BBO) on the first day was simply introducing ourselves and adapting to the atmosphere of the office workspace.

21/3/2023: As usual at 8:00 am I went to the office (BBO). That morning our Industry Coordinator gave me a briefing on "How to Build a Company" that had just started. then I am required to list what are the shortcomings in the office (BBO) While hoping that we can provide insightful ideas about more efficient office management. Next at 11:15 AM, I was instructed to move to the Boat Jetty to move to the island while inspecting the newly developed resort area by (BBO). The purpose of the industry coordinator taking me to the resort area is to give some knowledge of how the company (BBO) started to develop the resort. At the same time, we also had time to visit some nearby resorts to review the design and layout of other resorts before making "Planning" the layout for the new resort (BBO).

22/3/2023: When we first arrived at the office (BBO) we did not receive any registration form. Immediately our Industrial Supervisor called us to try to make the form to help this company (BBO) for the future. The day's activities were very relaxed and we had a chat with the Industry Coordinator about tourism issues in Semporna and discussed the development situation of the tourism sector in Semporna.

23/3/2023: At exactly 9:35 am we gathered at Semporna Jetty to move to the island. The journey takes 45 minutes from Semporna town. According to my coordinator, this trip will stop at several islands namely Bohey Dulang, Sibuan and Mantabuan. We brought some tourists from Latvia. We were exposed to some etiquette when bringing tourists. This task was very challenging for me who was involved in a travel agency for the first time.

24/3/2023: The next day we take tourists to the islands of Timba-timba, Mataking and Pom-pom. This trip takes 1 hour from Semporna town. My friend and I were able to meet the 'Professional Guide' from Taman Sabah, Kak Helen, She gave us a lot of advice on how to organize every tourist while on the Island.

3/4/2023: Today the Borneo Blue Ocean team and I took tourists from the country "Latvia" to 3 islands, namely Timba-timba, Mataking and pom-pom islands. As usual, we are will be accompanied by a Professional Guide from Sabah Park which is "Kak Helen" . We had the opportunity to interact with tourists and chat while exchanging information about our respective countries. one of our tourist also giving advice regarding the field we are engaged in which is "Tourism". She gave some guidance and advice regarding job opportunities in this field.

4/4/2023: today we take tourists to other islands, namely Tatagan, Maiga' and Sibuan. Today was very challenging because the weather in the afternoon was quite bad and windy. However, our team was very smart in controlling the situation of tourists who were a bit worried about the weather conditions and finally we reached Semporna town exactly at 3:20 in the afternoon.
