What features are in place to support reading?

There is a read-aloud voice reading the words for kids, the words also pop out as the voice is reading to show kids which word she is speaking. this helps children follow along and learn how to sound out words etc...

There are lots of different features! read aloud books for younger grades, different reading levels to explore (lexiles) comics, books sorted into different genres, etc...

For pre-readers, there are audiobooks, videos, read-aloud etc...

This is the original text I started out with, then I put the grade level to kindergarten and it adjusted it to make sense for that grade level.

This is how it adjusted to a kindergarten-grade level of understanding!

I can tell that it simplified a lot. Adding small sentences and not having a big paragraph really helps lower grade levels take it one step at a time, slowly understanding the meaning as they go.

It could pick up my voice very well, but I had to make sure I was specifying punctuation, as it would not do that itself.
