In my opinion, the role of the tutor is to guide the students to be able to operate properly as well as to educate them with knowledge. Mentors have a wealth of expertise as well as life experience.

As a mentee, I was taught professional knowledge as well as having a mentor who was ready to guide me if I made a mistake. This was very valuable.

3. “What’s your plan?”  Make a timeline of your professional journey over the next 5‐10 years.  What do you want to accomplish in 2, 5, 7, 10 years? How would a mentor assist you with your development?
My plan is to complete my studies in the next few years and depending on the situation, decide whether to continue my education. If I continue with my studies, then a mentor will be of great importance to me in the future. I don't often judge people unless they have an aura that disgusts me, such as hygiene issues, etc. Of course, it doesn't preclude someone who is unpretentious but extremely efficient and friendly.

Basically most of the people I get to know in the course of my time with them. Most of the first impressions are true.


Think about how you can to that conclusion and how your actions impacted the other person.

Generally, I would judge the person by their behavior, and the way they speak.
