You just need to practice more on writing them into sentences. You also need to lengthen your sentences and not to limit yourself too much. You may do that by reading more. Just the use of spacings sometimes. After a comma, there should be a space after before another word. You may also extend your ideas not just based on visiting. There are  a lot of other things you can do while you're in other countries. Exploring their food. Shopping. Going to the beach and so many more! Be more brave and confident to go further with your ideas. Avoid using wordings that you use while you're texting on social media. It is different from writing a composition.
