The French newspaper L'Humanité has described her as "one of the best swimmers in the world", Competing at the Paralympic Games, Hess won four gold medals in 1984, one in 1988, six in 1996, and seven in 2000. But the reason for all her medals is her determination and motivation. She is a person who has a mindset that she always can do more and do better.

Sfter seeing her backstory I feel motivated and feel if she can be so good even with a disability no actually a different ability then so can I. Because everyone is special and we have to be grateful for what we have no matter what it is.
