It was a great week. The kiddos were introduced to the makerspace and are loving it! The entire campus has now visited the LRC, checked out books, learned about what an engineer is, and created in the makerspace. Has it been perfect and smooth? Heck no but we are learning and growing! Just got home from watching the Wildcats win which was a perfect way to end the week and start a long weekend! I spent a lot of time at Brown in interviews, working on iPads, and a few other tasks, but I know that I need to make sure I get around to every LRC each week. While I know I was busy busy this week, I wonder how many "real-work" tasks I accomplished. My hope is that with the three-day weekend, I can refresh and focus on my priorities. LOL It really has been another great week even though I've had some major frustrations. PreK is a different breed! 21 of them at a time with PPCD is overwhelming. So I just have to find the right things for them to accomplish. My other frustration is the Google logins for students. They are RIDICULOUSLY long and it took 35 min for 2nd graders to type it in and their password. By that time class was over. Looking forward to seeing everyone today at Brown!
