<title>This concept began with the discipline of architecture&amp;nbsp;was broadened in the fields of hardware and software development, and as we speak is an key principle I instructional design Automatic doors, curb cuts are some popular conveniences that illustrate the concept of Universal Design. Students with disabilities have certain disadvantages, the&amp;nbsp;UDL curriculum gives all individuals equal opportunities to learn. The one size fits all method is completely outdated. Students in the twenty first century have various disabilities such as autism, speech impediments, behavior issues and simply underachievers who are not interested in&amp;nbsp;the learning environment.&amp;nbsp; These flexible approaches can be customized and adjusted for individual needs based on three primary brain networks. The recognition network or the &quot;what of learning&quot; is the activation of the part of the brain that facilitates how w e gather facts and how we categorize what we see, hear and read. This area of universal design offers multiple means of representation. In the UDL curriculum we should present information and content in different ways.Strategic networks is the &quot;how of learning&quot;&amp;nbsp;the planning and performing tasks. The ability to organize tasks and express our ideas. This network provides more ways to provide multiple means of action and expression. I would try to differientiate the&amp;nbsp;ways that students can experess what they know.&amp;nbsp;Affective Networks is the &quot; Why&quot; of learning this design are concerned about how learners get engaged and stay motivated. I would stimulate interest and motivation for learning.UDL provides a blueprint for creating instructional goals , methods and materials that work for everyone.J</title>

<title>Assistive technology service &amp;nbsp;is any service that directly assists a child with a disabilitywhich&amp;nbsp;includes teaching the child to use the devices and or family members. These services include providing essential supports.&amp;nbsp;Assistive technology came alive because before previous laws were passed there were no legal mandates to provide assistive technology to students with disabilities. This technology has the potential to help people with disabilities by offering opportunities to participate in their communities. These oppurtunities include being able to learn, participate , and communicate to achieve greater overall levels of independence. In the education arena this technology can provide access to&amp;nbsp;the general education curriculum,&amp;nbsp;educational experiences such as reading, writing and assessment activities that most people without disabilities take for granted. While the technology is very helpful it is not enough, the initiative should be on the integration of assistive technology into the curriculum. The focus would have to be how assistive technology can be used in all kinds of classrooms to enhance the learning of students with all sorts of disabilities.</title>
