It has ability to filter feeds by keywords! A good thing is that it is available on mac and app store also.

To get feed link for this wall, click on share button in the bar to the right, click on subscribe. Copy the URL of the new page that opens.

It would have been great if "send mail if certain keywords" feature would have been built in, although a send mail on any new post feature is available.
