This was a problem because the longer he had the pearl the more in danger it was in from being stole.<br><br><strong><br>External Conflict- </strong>Kino and the doctor do not like each other they have many problems through out the story.This was a problem because the doctor wanted the pearl because he was greddy but kino had it so he tryed to make coyotito sick on purpous so his payment from kino would be the pearl.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Exposition</strong>-We are in mexico in a town called La Paz.Our main characters are Coyotitio, Kino ,and Juana.<br><br><strong>Rising action-</strong>when coyotito got  stung by the scorpion.He tried to get coyotito treated but had no money.He found this legandary pearl and now the doctor tries to cure coyotito and The pearl buyers  tries to scam kino out of the pearls real worth.<br><br><strong>Climax-</strong>Kino killed someone who had broke into his house for the pearl.When koyotito got shot by the legandary trackers.<br><br><strong>Falling Action-</strong>Kino killed every single tracker there.<br><br><strong>Resolution-</strong>Kino and Juana returned to their village in despair that they lost their only child.Kino throws the pearl back into the ocean because all it causes was pain and suffering.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Juana does not really change through the story she is always wanted to through away the pearl but stayed by her husbans side throughout the story.</div>]]></description>
