Q1. Does a school have the right to discipline students for what they post on their social media pages?
A1. Yes, because what a person says online reflects how they feel about something, and if they are doing something that disrupts an environment , a school can take action against the person that is misrepresenting something.
Q2. Does a future boss have the right to NOT hire a person based on what they found on his or her social media pages?
A2. Yes, because if a corporation feels a person does not abide by their policies and rules, they have the right to turn down that person.
